Here are some of our activities for Neighbourhood House week. Come along on Thursday the 13th of May at 11am for a free morning tea and meet our friendly staff.
Learn the age old art of making your our delicious, health giving sauerkraut with just a few basic ingredients.
When: Wednesday 12th May
Time: 7pm - 8:30pm
Bring your own cabbage, chopping board, sharp knife and bowl.
Macrame Pot Plant hanger
Speed cubing is a sort involving solving a variety of combination puzzles such as the Rubik's cube, as quickly as possible.
Come along to this fun, free event.
When: Saturday 8th May form 3pm to 4pm
Sashiko Coaster Workshop
Learn how to make your own macrame pot plant holder.
When: Thursday the 27th May
Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
Sashiko is a type of traditional Japanese embroidery or stitching used fo decorating cloth. In this workshop, you will learn how to stitch a coaster in this decorative style. All material provided.

Financial Literacy Presentation - Free event presented by EACH
Explore the fundamentals of financial literacy - budgeting, spending, borrowing and saving. Develop your awareness or the financial risks of gambling and become an informed consumer.

Well, this if for you. It caters to players of all standards and boards and chess sets are all provided.
You just provide the passion!
