This is a light paced class, designed to get you moving, using walking and chair exercises, chi balls, bands, scarves and light hand weights.
Great for retaining and maintaining muscle strength, mobility and general fitness.
Starts: Friday 7th February - 27th March
(no classes on the 14th & 21st Feb)
Time: 10:15 am to 11:15 am
Cost: $75 for 6 weeks or casual fee of $15 per class. (Can be made in 2 payments)
