This is a light paced class, designed to get you moving, using walking and chair exercises, chi balls, bands, scarves and light hand weights.
Great for retaining and maintaining muscle strength, mobility and general fitness.

Cost: $125 for 10 weeks or casual fee of $15 per class. (Can be made in 2 payments)
